<li>Integration with iPhone Contacts: Agado synchronizes with your iPhone’s Contacts database. Newly added contacts become immediately available within the app.</li>
<li>Linking Content to Contacts: Users can associate tasks, documents, meeting notes, emails, and photos with individual contacts. Incoming calls from important contacts trigger the display of related information.</li>
<li>QuickSearch Functionality: A pull-down gesture activates Agado’s QuickSearch feature, allowing rapid retrieval of information by typing keywords. This search operates offline as well.</li>
<li>Associating Contacts with Companies: The app can connect contacts to their respective organizations, displaying pertinent company-related information linked to each contact.</li>
<li>Project and Task Breakdown: Projects can be subdivided into smaller sub-projects, and complex tasks can be split into sub-tasks for detailed tracking and management.</li>
<li>Web Content Importation: Web articles or ideas can be saved directly into Agado via the Safari share extension for future reference.</li>
<li>File Importation and Management: Files, including documents, photos, videos, and audio recordings, can be imported through the share extension. All linked files remain accessible offline, even on flights without Wi-Fi.</li>
<li>Result Filtering: The app’s filter feature allows breakdowns of project data by linked contacts, projects, or tags for targeted analysis.</li>
<li>Automatic Journal Creation: Notes and tasks automatically populate Agado’s Journal, enabling review of activities over daily, weekly, or monthly periods.</li>
<li>Pinned Items on Home Page: Important contacts, projects, or tags can be pinned for quick access from the app’s home screen.</li>
<li>Email Management Integration: Using Airmail or Spark email apps, key emails can be exported into Agado. These emails are linked to relevant contacts or projects and include direct links back to the original messages for convenient reply management.</li>
<li>Document Scanner: The built-in scanner captures business cards for contact management, receipts for expense tracking, and digitizes paper documents for organized storage and easy access.</li>
